Dr. Santie Meyer
Santie Meyer, is a seasoned healthcare professional, ordained minister, and holistic wellness advocate with over three decades of experience dedicated to healing the body, soul, and spirit. Her journey began in 1993 with hydrotherapy and soon expanded to include certification in Swedish massage, natural healing, and Reiki Mastery. From the very beginning, Santie embraced a more profound philosophy of care, believing that true healing involves more than treating symptoms; it requires addressing the sacred connection between physical health, emotional wounds, and spiritual well-being.
Her lifelong struggle with weight and a profoundly traumatic personal experience became the catalyst for her calling. Refusing to rely on fads or quick fixes, Santie turned her pain into purpose, becoming her first student in the study of obesity. In 2011, following the success of a pilot program with ten volunteers, she founded FFF Slimming – a holistic clinic specialising in sustainable, specialised weight-loss solutions. Since then, she has guided hundreds of clients not only toward lasting weight loss but also through the healing of shame, confusion, and disempowerment so often tied to it.
In 2022, Santie earned a PhD in Theology, presenting a groundbreaking thesis that explored obesity as a global pandemic. Rooted in clinical data and years of patient care, her research illuminated the profound emotional and spiritual dimensions of obesity, affirming her belief that true transformation must encompass the whole person.
In alignment with this integrative approach, Santie also advocates for ozone therapy as a complementary treatment that works in conjunction with emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. By enhancing oxygenation, detoxification, and immune function, ozone therapy complements her holistic methodology, supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal while restoring inner balance and vitality. It is yet another testament to her unwavering commitment to care that nurtures the whole person.
